After nearly two years of development, Black Sheep is finally open in Riverside's 5 Points district. The restaurant's unique building includes rooftop dining and features counter ordering.
The roof, however, will not be open for several months.
The restaurant is owned by Jon Insetta, who also owns Orsay in Avondale and previously owned Chew in downtown Jacksonville.
